Website short video

We are a company conducting automated customer feedback surveys. The budget is rough as we do not know the normal cost.

We require a banner "video" (no sound needed) for our website that states in a few seconds the "freshness" of our automated survey data. Ideas as follows;
Message= "Discover the immediate thoughts of your customer"
graphics shows the following sequence;
1. Contact (customer contacting company)
2. Survey (customer does survey on phone)
3. Action Required (an email alert goes to client staff member)
4. Rescue (Company contacts customer to fix problem)
5. Results (company sees graph going upwards)
Ideally behind the graphics is a clock in the background showing how quickly this happens.
