Virtual Staging of Furniture & Decor for Custom Home Photos

The photos are of a custom home with no furniture. I want to put in furniture and decor into the photos in the correct perspective and lighting.

1. I have a style guide for the furnishings from the interior designer
2. I want the renders done at the native resolution of my camera: 8260 PX width
3. The renders would be best delivered as hi-rez PNG files that I can apply to the photos
4. I will provide a link for all the hi-rez photos and the PDF style guide
5. The renders must look photo-realistic
6. I would prefer Blender for this project since I can open and review Blender files - but for this project it is not necessary - whatever software that can produce the highest quality with photo-realistic results is what I need
7. I am attaching a couple of examples I did myself that are usable - but they do not follow the style guide

With all the considerations above - please provide a basic per image cost

Note on Pricing: I do not want to spend more than $30 per photo - take into consideration that once the greatroom is set, it is just a matter of rerendering all the same elements in a different angle.

I am on a very pressing deadline - I plan to do 4 of these ASAP - I need those within 48 hrs, 24 hrs or less would be better. Of the 4, we will do 1 first, depending on how that comes out will determine whether or not I will do the entire project with the artist I choose for this job.

This is not a one-time job, I will have others like this. I also have animation projects. I want to develop a solid relationship with one artist for my work that is dependable, reasonable and does high quality work and is a good communicator. (I had this kind of relationship with another artist but something happened to them and they are no longer available, so I am looking forward to establishing a new relationship with the right person.)

Most of my projects are architecturally oriented.
