Videos fotnwensites

I am a marketing director for a language services company (translation and Localization) and we are completely revamping our websites.

I am looking to get some videos made.

I would be able to supply some footage (multilanguag voice artists recording in studio, some around office, Inc. stills and video - rather dry) I also have access to some stock. Also we have some video of work we have done (games we localized, website scroll capture, marketing videos, TVCs)

Different types:

- Corporate (mix of footage, stock, previous work)

- Show reel (previous work montage) - 1. General 2. Games localization 3. Broadcast media localization

- Voice artist montage (mix of 8 or 9 voice talents)

What do you charge for these?

Couple of questions:

Do you make from scratch or do you work with envato templates?
Can you capture parts directly from YouTube?
Can you supply stock?

I would be looking to give artistic freedom within the bounds of the new site designs which I'd obviously share.
