Video Footage Need Editing and Coverting into file for DVD's

I have 28.8 GB of my mothers footage from her camcorder, need the bits where my father video's the ground as they can't work the camera very well and then need the footage so it plays in the correct order and then made into files that I can burn dvd's from. I understand from the amount of footage that it may be a few dvd's.

Some of the footage may not need to be edited, it's just where my father video's the ground or keeps the camera recording while putting the camera away etc.

Can you let me know how much this might cost?
