Take Head and Torso Photographs

I need a photographer specializing in taking photos of people. These images will typically contain the upper body (head and torso) with the location setting being the outdoors such as a park or city centre. I would appreciate instructions on how to pose such as where to look and change my body position to find a suitable angle that makes me look good and happy in the picture as I am a total beginner regarding this. The shoot time would be in the afternoon or morning, a studio is not needed and I don't think editing will be required.
