Sound file

Hi there - what I need is fairly simple. Sound track (mp3?) of sine wave from 39.960 to 40.060 with a period of 2.3 seconds. I would like it to repeat for 10 minutes. I would like to have the amplitude change from high to low over that same period. I would also like the it to be stereo sound - with the amplitude off set by 180 - so that when one channel is high the other is low. I may have you tweak the perimeters - but that is basically it. It's for a technical project.. and the file will actually be used to run low frequency transducers. Thanks! Brad
