I found these clip arts on the internet.
Id like the to have 2 animations of the hands washing and water running the soap running off.
on a loop so the clip can run for as long as I want.
and also then have a bolt on clip so the soap keeps on frothing up and fills the full screen and the hands disapear.
I have a £45 budget.
