Hi,
I need to segment images using the following: https://github.com/vuptran/cardiac-segmentation.
It needs setting up on Ubuntu, installing the necessary programs using a conda environment for Python, adding Tensorflow,Keras, and others (details in the link). And using the software to segment images.
End result would be your exporting an environment document to me, if that does not go well I can send you the images (takes longer).
