Rip 3 youtube videos

hi, i need 3 videos (all about 2-3 minutes long) ripped from youtube for me to use on my wix website blog,

i want to use these videos on my wix website without any of the youtube branding etc,

please let me know what can you offer me with regards to files etc,

please explain how you'll do this and include good morning mister smith in your opening line of proposal,
