Property Videography and Photography

**Property - 9 beds, 3 kitchen property located in Battersea, SW11 London**

**Responsibilities:**
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of the property, including both interior and exterior shots, as well as any additional features or notable locations associated with the property.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the required quality standards, delivering 32-40 professionally edited images per property.
- Produce a video up to 5 minutes in length, showcasing the property, its surroundings, and any additional features.
- Ensure a quick turnaround time, with all final media delivered within 1-2 days after the shoot.

**Requirements:**
- **Portfolio:** Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate photography and videography.

- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, and post-processing.
- Strong editing skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

- **Equipment:** Must have access to professional-grade camera equipment and editing tools.
- Experience in real estate or architectural photography is highly desirable.
