Photoshopping my mother onto the grinch

Good day! as we draw closer to christmas i decided a fun little gift this year for my mother would be to fit her onto one of her favorite characters - The Grinch

Unfortunatly i do not possess the skills in photoshop to make it look any better then if i merely cut out her face, glued it onto the image, recolored it and called it a day

How long do you believe it would take to get this done with somewhat decent quality?


Attached are two images of the person in question - and one i found of the grinch (obviously the latter can be changed if does not work)
