Photography at two small events

We are a trade publication in the Drinks sector. On 22nd November we have two round table events which involve a group discussion and wine tasting. One is in Victoria and the other at Spitalfields, and both start at 10.30 for an hour and a half. In other words we need two different photographers! Both jobs will involve:

taking head shots of each of the panel members (around 8 people)
bottle shots of around 10-40 bottles of wine, in a light tent
shots of the round table discussion

We would estimate that time on site would be around an hour

The images will be published in our magazine and on our website
