Photographer to take photos of our house to sell

We are looking to sell our house and plan to use a friend to do this for us. He is not able to take photos as he is not based near us so we need a photographer to do this. We will need internal and external photos taking of our 2 bedroom cottage. We are based in Camberley, Surrey. My husband will be present as it is our home but will maintain social distancing and photographer will be required to adhere to this. We have PPE at our home so this will not be an issue.
