Photographer for registry office

Having had our full wedding delayed by Covid, we are going ahead with the legal, registry office marriage for the time being. We would like to get a few shots of us and our parents outside the registry office (Chelsea Old Town Hall) on the day.

We are looking into options that would provide a slightly better result than us using our phones, so someone with a DSLR and reasonable photography skills would be fine. Only looking at 15-30 minutes for a few group shots and then to provide us with the digital copies.
