Photo Shoot external building shot Leeds

I have requirement for a few external shots of one building in Leeds ( Princess Sq). Daytime shots weather conditions as bright as possible and not in the rain!The shot will be used in a printed document at A4 size so the lens needs to be sharp. The shot/s can be taken at any time during daylight, avoiding refuge trucks and delivery vehicles. Can be taken at an angle but the building facade must be clear and not distorted by artistic enthusiasm.
