Need help with adding features in my Xamarin project

Hi there, I needed help in adding some features in my current xamarin project. These include so when the user selects the picker object, it will show a list of the current weeks available. I would also need a listview update where inbetween each listview item another item is added. The idea behind this is to make a summary for the user.
