Mini cartoon video

Hi

I absolutely love your work. I am looking to create a mini animation video that sets the scene for a training course. The video should include some jungle animal cartoon characters such as a lion, monkey, giraffe, etc. Then there is a scene where a volcano is about to erupt and the animals are faced with a challenge to find a new home. In total the animation can be around 60 seconds in length. I would prefer to use 2D cartoon graphics with bright colours.

I do not have a large budget so please can you advise if this is a project you would help with and approx cost?
