Interview an academic at University of Cambridge

I need a videographer to shoot an interview with an academic at Cambridge university. The interview will be in Urdu language (Pakistan) but I will coordinate the interviewee and they would know the questions and answers beforehand. I am located in the US so will only be able to coordinate via phone at the time of the interview.

I would like the interview to be at the university campus, in a bright and airy outdoors location.
Total length of the interview would be less than 5 minutes.
It would be nice to get some b roll at the campus to go along with the interview.
I only require raw footage, but can discuss what kind of editing can be done.
4K would be a plus.
