Image creation

I would need the image attached file on this message to be re-created.

The colors used on this image are the following:
1) White
2) Blue
3) Yellow
4) Red
5) Green

I would need three (3) different concepts to be made.

First concept creating exactly how this image looks like.

The last two concept is creating an image you think will look better.


Please let me know how long will it take to create all three (3) and when the image will be ready.
