I need professional photos for a website

We are small IT recruitment agency going through a re-branding process. We are developing a new website and need some photos for it (landing page is the most important one). However we struggle a bit with outlining what exactly we want to take a photo of (buildings, people working on the background etc).

We need some help with ideas and actual photos? Also our timing is very tough, because the photographer we initially agreed with suddenly had to leave the country.
