I need After Effects help

Job is to:-
To replace some of the images on a moving hi res Quicktime film.
Quite tricky as the girls heads are moving in and out of the screen fast !
Please watch attached mov first !

1. Replace all Girls face graphic on the Waltzer's car back, with Donald Trumps face
(seen in the last shot on back of waltzer ) (Trump face face supplied later)

2. Last frames of film, Donald Trump's face appearing, should be a Trump/Devil face (see psd attached).

This is end section of music video film for personal music track ..no record company involved .

Only After Effects people required.
