I need a professional subtitler

I have 2 movies for subtitling. They are in English and both approximately 3 minutes each. We need subtitles in Chinese.

This is what we need:

1- I need you to do the transcription with timestamps and return the file to us.
2- We will translate this and return you the Chinese file.
3 - You will insert the subtitles and deliver the Movie files.

We need this completed by in 2 days or sooner.
