I need a photographer/videographer for event in London Nov 4th

Hi there!

I need a photographer/videographer to capture a charity event in central London (Oxford Circus) on November 4th, 9am to 2pm, and create outlined images and video highlights, this will be used for next years event promotion. No edit required.

PHOTOGRAPHY (raw copies to be supplied on the day, no edit required)

Photography
Images of event signage/merch across the event (show bags, lanyards, promotional materials, banners) - 5-10 pics
Images of the networking areas - 3-5 pics
Images of people networking - 5-10 pics
Images of people interacting with activities - 5-15 pics
General feel of the event - 5-10 pics
Images of all volunteers together
Image of the leadership together
Image of volunteers having fun
Images of patients engaging with sponsors
Images of speakers on the stage 15 speakers in total

VIDEOGRAPHY (raw copies to be supplied on the day no edit required)
Capture few speakers on the stage, patients, activations, footfall, enough content to be able to create a Highlights reel 1.30 min long

My budget is fixed.
