I need a news caster backdrop for videos, it will be used for green screen purposes.

Hey guys I need a backdrop done for some videos I'm going to do. I need it to look like a news place. Think BBC news in the uk. I would like a constant theme of red white and black. And I would also like there to be a little area in the corner where I can insert photos of things I'm speaking about. Ideally I would also like a fully functioning scroll bAr at the bottom so I can put my lyrics and stuff in there so people can follow along with the news. Let me know if this is possible and I would ideally like to discuss the design of it in a little more detail. But let me know if this is possible.
