I need a lyric video made

I need a lyric video made with a moving background that has already been filmed. The background is a black and white GoPro video and I would like the lyrics to the song put on top to look like handwriting. I would like the lyrics to be in white, aqua blue and hot pink. The video is shot in different and interesting locations and I would like the lyrics to interact with the surroundings eg. appear on the side of a building or in the sand after footprints.
