Help to create e-learning videos in Adobe Captivate

Objective: assistance in creating 5-6 e-learning videos for our online software product for NHS organisations to monitor and analyse their performance.

Background:
We have a software licence to create e-learning videos in Adobe Captivate but we don’t have the in-house skills to create them ourselves. We need some assistance to take us through the process, to tackle the technical side and advise us on how best to create e-learning products.

We want to create at least 2-3 videos by the end of March and the remainder shortly after. We aim to create an additional set of videos over time but want to see how things go before approving more.

Requirements:

The videos need to accommodate a few minutes of screen capture, taking the user through step-by-step instructions of how to conduct particular analysis within our tool.

We’d then like to have a few questions at the end to check learning. Each one will be now more than 2-3 minutes long.

A user guide for the tool is attached for a bit of initial information. We have a team of experts who do face to face training who can write the scripts and help or do the screen capture etc.
