Family picnic outdoor Photo shoot

I am organising a family champagne picnic 20th September next week (really last minute idea to make a photo shoot) in Chorleywood which is the end of the Metropolitan line.

It is my parents Ruby Wedding Anniversary so this would be a gift. There will be 8 adults and 7 children of different ages and it would be great to do some group shots, kids playing shots, picnic shots and either make this planned or documentary.

I usually take photos at family events but would love to have an artist work on this one! Also this way I don't have to worry about it! We will be having it in the grounds of a stately home with grass area and woods which will be good for photos. Wet weather weather plan would be the local village hall or youth centre.
