I am looking for an explainer video for a new product my company is launching. I am open to ideas and want to include elements which works best for the product. I belong to a SaaS and introducing a platform for helpdesk engineers. I will be providing you with all details including the features. Will also be able to provide you access to the platform for you to form a better understanding.
The aim of the video is to show how the product DD tech works.
In the below story line I want to use an old car and new car analogy. PSA is an old car which requires a lot of push and shove- wasting time, whereas DD Tech feels like a ferrari, smooth, fast and easy.
Rough Video Storyline:
Max has been working as a system engineer for the past 3 months in ABC Solutions and trained to use a PSA (old car) for his work. Despite being trained, he must continuously ask for help and search how to use the PSA. On average, he spends 8 hours figuring out the PSA, hampering his performance. He found the PSA to be slow and complex. Sometimes he would lose track of his tickets (hear you can use a car analogy - the engine gives troubles) which leads to the clients giving poor feedback. He brought these concerns up with his Service Excellence Manager, Ben. Ben went out to look for a tool which could help his Level 1 and Level 2 help-desk team to be faster and more efficient. That is when he found DD tech. DD tech is a simple, fast and efficient tool for Level 1 and 2 helpdesk team. It has all the functions they will need to perform their daily tasks (a new swanky ferrari) Showcasing all features.
• Create, view, edit, and close tickets from a single interface
