I am looking for someone that has the capability and the availability to complete a custom media video for a lighting display to the outside facade of a building.
The specs for this are:
Codec: h.264
Frame rate: 33fps
Keyframes: 33 frames
Bitrate: 5Mbps ought to be sufficient for 1080p30, reducing to 1Mbps for 360p30
Resolution: 1080p - Best results will be achieved by matching the media resolution to the output resolution (Pixel Matrix or Content Target)
4000 wide by 2500 high
We need a variety of these from snowfall to various other affects. Video examples can be sent once in discussion.
Budget negotiable but this will need completing this week.
