Create a one minute whiteboard illustration in 25 hours

Need a high-quality whiteboard animation of about a minute in length that goes with my voice over. Please see the attached script of what I say, but obviously I don't want all of the words in the presentation. Maybe 10% or less of the words and then sketches/graphics. I would prefer the hand to be a woman's also!

Turnaround time is 24 hrs.
