Batch photos (20) for editing models

I'm looking for a designer who's experienced with editing fashion and/or on-location portrait photography. I have 2 separate batches but will start with a batch of 20 images.
The images will need skin retouching along with enhancing the overall photo, including backgrounds and elements to provide a bold look of the images.
I will attach some examples below. Please reply with your best quote along with the turn around time.
I'm looking forward to a long working relationship with someone so I can concentrate more on what I love, which is shooting :)
