Animation Video Needed for Product Promotion

We need an animation video for our YouTube ad. Ideally this video need to be 4 seconds long and maximum 4 1/2 seconds. We have an instruction video that we will send out which explains how the video should be done in a animation version with a voice over. We would also need the animation video to show our logo on the top of the screen. We would need the video to link to our website. One of the ideas is we can have a click bottom in the video to link to our Amazon product.
