Animation of an image

I have 3 images showing pieces of paper/certificates going into an ID Card. I would like to have thes images animated to actually showing the paper/certs coming from a distance and being sucked into the card - video will only be a few seconds for each. I have included a lo res version of 2 of the images. Video ideally needs ot be 4K although 1080p will be acceptable. 3 short videos in total.
