A JPEG image (or multiple images)

Sorry that I don't know much about art. Therefore I don't know what type of art I want (anime, cartoon, illustration etc.). I would like a JPEG of a nurse almost ready to give a teenage boy an injection in his butt. He is wearing a T-shirt and blue jeans. His blue jeans are pulled down a few inches below the bottom of his butt. He will be bending over a table as the nurse is ready to insert the needle. The point of view would be from behind and a little to the side. The main difference is that the point of view would be almost opposite than that of the "White Squall" image. The detail of this image does NOT have to be superb. I would like the detail to be a little better than that of the "get owned" photo. Perhaps some color etc. I would like it to look real. As you can see in the photo the syringe is not realistic and the way she is holding it is kind of satirical or like a fetish or fantasy. I do not want it to be like a fantasy. Perhaps holding it with the needle pointing up in the air is okay. the boy wearing jeans with them pulled down waiting for the injection. As I do not know much about art, it could be an illustration or cartoon or whatever you think would be good. As the detail of the image does not have to be spectacular, I think they should be fairly quick for you to do and low price. Because this art piece would not be in great detail or precision, if the price is right I may do several variations of it. Tell me what you think.
