10 minute Animated Video, needs putting together and some drawings animated

I need a 10 minute dvd putting together using our drawings, recorded audio voices and music we have.

But the drawings need some animation to them. not as much as this example http://www.inspiredservices.org.uk/photex1.html but it gives you the gist.
audio needs to be balanced of course but is good quality.
And will of course all be fairly urgent!
the attached pdf gives you an draft idea of text and drawings.
