1 x Video Infographic Creation

I need a three minute video infographic to be created to explain a very simple optical calculation. I have the character illustrations already but will need backgrounds and some other props created in a similar style.
I would like the project to be created in After Effects so that I can edit if afterwards. I have the storyline created already.
I would like to see examples of motion infographics that the user has created.
