Wedding photography editing catalogs - Adobe Lightroom

Hi,

I'm a full time wedding photographer on the look out for a consistent photo editor who is very experienced and familiar with editing images using Adobe Lightroom, I will pay the right amount for a great candidate who needs very little direction. Editing to include applying my preset to all of the images (on average each catalog is 800 - 1,200 images) some smaller, some bigger all depending on conditions of wedding.

Must be conscious and delivering excellent results of white balance, exposure, shadows and straightening. I can show previous galleries of work to match with the style and consistency of my own work and catalogs will be sent over as smart catalogs via Dropbox. Have set an approx. budget of £80 - £100 per catalog however will pay higher if right candidate is found. Anymore information can be provided upon request. This could be a regular job and long term if able to follow direction ok.
