We need a photoshop montage creating for our website

We require a photo montage similar in size, shape, and style to the one attached which we intend to use on our website. The attached image is one we’ve previously used on our website with some success - but it’s too obvious that it’s a stock image (cheesy smiles etc). Also the representation of trades is not quite right for our business. So we need a Photoshop expert to create our own bespoke montage image using individual stock images we’ve already purchased.

We like the “seamless” look of the existing one and ideally would like the same for the new one. However, we realise this might be tricky because the individual images that need to be spliced into the montage are different shapes, have different backgrounds etc. So we’ll need your feedback on how best to create the seamless montage effect.

We’d like to see 2-3 proposal montages and from the chosen final montage we’d then like 2-3 different size versions.
