Vintage Photo quality improvement - fix fuzzy letters

Hi,

I am looking for an experienced photo editor who feels strong at working with vintage photos, improving quality and manual editing (it's not about using "sharpen" obviously:)

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Attached is a photo taken with an old vintage camera. The photo is not sharp, which is ok. I like it the way it is. What I need is making TWO OF THE LETTERS in the upper left corner less fuzzy / more "sharp". I put "sharp" in quotes because I am obviously not looking to make them super sharp and high quality. But I'd like that "camera hand shake" effect removed to a reasonable degree so that it looks better but still "natural". Don't worry about the rest of the photo. It is what it is. I know it can be done quite well because I am quite handy with Photoshop and I did manage to do one of the letters look decent. It just took me quite long and I am sure there are people who are skilled and can make it look better. I don't have time for that. I need you to fix TWO OF THE LETTERS because this photo was scanned at a medium quality scanner. In a few weeks I'm going to get it scanned by a professional Photo Lab in better quality. THEN I will need that same person to do all of the letters, all of the words from the upper left corner. It will be a new and obviously better paid project :) Right now - I need to find someone who can fix those two letters so that when I get that better scan - I can instantly send it to that person. Time will be of essence (a few days/1 week delivery would be great). THIS PROJECT is only for improving the quality of TWO LETTERS from the word OPEN. It can be "OP" / "PE" / "EN" - up to you. I just need to be sure that you're the right person!

DETAILS:

- remove "camera hand shake" effect / fuzziness of two letters from the word OPEN to a reasonable natural degree
- maintain the original grit / quality / resolution / grain of the photo
- maintain the original brightness, colors etc of the original photo (leave them as they are)

IMPORTANT:

- it would be great if you could send a demo sample of ONE LETTER or even half of one letter. (I am a sound designer and I do demo samples all of the time. I know it sucks when the employers hire someone else but if you're good - you know that your work is going to be top notch and your chances are high) If not - please include in your offer a few similar works done by you on vintage photos or sth similar. I really don't care if you can create cool company logos or improve colors on a 4k wedding photo. This one is a different animal

BUDGET:

- I put 25 GBP as a budget as I believe two letters (especially those from the word OPEN) might be a quick job for a skilled editor. If you think it's not enough feel free to set your rate accordingly to your skills. I will consider all of the offers.
