Video interviews (in-game)

Dear all talented people out there,

I wanted to post an offer for the potential commission of a podcast-type video made inside a 3D game. The idea would be to run a test and then do a 3-5min video where I go into a virtual world (I've permission for this) and interview a renown creator or nidustry leader. I'd provide the location/game and invite the person so the job ahead would be:

1) Visit the virtual location and record it using your own avatar and local equipment (incl. sound)
2) Create an intro, edit the video (minimally, since it's an interview) and add an outro with a call to action (typically, a website)
3) Pass edit for QA and apply changes, if any are required
4) Export in standard HD and SD for easy publication on Youttube or similar (again -- I'd do that)

Apart from looking for someone with the necessary hardware/software and knowledge to do this, an understanding of sound editing is preferred.

If you could kindly provide a price offer, the idea would be that we run the same clip with some regularity (though that cannot be guaranteed).
