Video composed of 19 short videoclips from Youtube + audio

For a music quiz I have selected 19 music videoclips from Youtube. From every clip I want 10 seconds of footage from a specific time. For example: from 01:20 until 01:30 (10 seconds). The audio track need to be replaced with a different audio track. This audio track is from Spotify. For the audio I also specified the starting point and duration. So you see a videoclip, but hear a different audio track. After 10 seconds; the next video- and audioclip. Etc etc

The video and audio need te captured from Youtube and Spotify, so you need to be able to capture that yourself.

I have an Excel file with 19 YouTube Video URL's and 19 Spotify Audio URL's.
Both video and audio link have a desired starttime and duration (always 10 seconds)

So:
Video 1: Madonna - Pappa don't Preach: from 01:22, duration 10 seconds
Audio 1: REM - Losing My Religion: from 0:00, duration 10 seconds

As an end result I need 1 MPEG videofile with these 19 different video-fragments and underlying 19 different audiofragments

Between every video/audio there should be a subtle transition/morph, not a hard cut.
