Vector drawing

I am looking for someone who can make me a vector drawing based on picture a)

The goal is to lasercut the drawing out of aluminium like in the picture ( steel cut nude perignon) so we have to keep in mind that all the lines of the drawing have to connect..

1) the square around picture a) has to be removed
2) instead of a cigarette the lady has to be holding a champagne glass like the model included ( Riedel image )
3) instead of a bottle of wine, the lady has to be holding a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne.. here we have to look at the specific shape of the bottle and the shield on the bottle ( green in the photo steel cut nude perignon )
4) make sure that the hands correspond to their function.
