URGENT - 12 Background Replacements on Real Estate Photographs

I need the views outside of the windows of 11 interior real estate photos to be replaced with lawn, forest and blue sky imagery and made to look seamless and realistic. Need this done in 24 hours.

Then one exterior photo needs the chipbark lawn to be realistically replaced with grass lawn and also the construction equipment in the distance removed.
