I would like to remove the nail on the model as I would like to use this photo in my skin saloon and this photo seems emphasize on the nail.. I would like to know whether you can remove the nail (just the growth out white area) and the skin there will look natural after you remove the nail. I will use this photo as a large wall backdrop about 8ft x 4ft ..Thx
