Short Animation of 4 x Post Cards for a website

Using black and white scan of 4 Post Cards, create an animation. To be used on a web site as a background. Large dimensions to fit screen like on the website Link (same dimensions)
You need to use photoshop and after effect to cut and create effects to animate the post card like on that website : Link
I need to receive the result mp4 (loop) and source file to be compatible with photoshop.
1 - La terrasse :
N° 71 : Zooming From up to down. Detach the cyclist so that it seems that they are pushing their bike.

2 - Pique-Nique :
N° 1328 : Zooming on the lady moving her arm and elbow to rise her glass “cheering”. The man is oscillating the bottle.

3 - Pénichienne :
N° 864 : Slowly zooming on the fisherman on the bridge moving his right arm and stick. The boat is moving on the right with smoke.
4 - Pont de Poissy :
N° 207 : The boat is moving toward the bridge with the wave behind him. The water on the side is leaking.
