Rename images titles

I have a number of images files about 400 that I need renaming
eg
Top line in attached file
https://media-prod-eu-1.mirakl.net/SOURCE/757ffecf3be945b8b1d32f70d414aa39
needs to be renamed 0613098_1

https://media-prod-eu-1.mirakl.net/SOURCE/a4cf0ce4dedf441d9b4616d364e12e05
needs to be renamed 0613098_2

https://media-prod-eu-1.mirakl.net/SOURCE/b99a3807cda14adf836facb2b1d1130f
needs to be renamed 0613098_3

All links are in excel and I have attached the file etc
Files must still open to show image Thers over 130 SKUs with three images each
