I'm looking for someone that can quickly re-draw the attached charity logo and if possible, make it look slightly 3D - at best scale for use on Instagram posts. Also require a gif of the logo that makes it blink and shine. Colours are gold and dark navy blue. png/transparency format required. Thank you!
