UPDATED - Real Estate Photo Editing *Ongoing projects

I am looking for a skilled photo editor to edit approximately 4 sets of real estate photos each month. There are usually 45-65 photos in each set. The photos should be straightened if needed and edited to showcase the subject property well.

Please take a look at the samples to see what the average interior and exterior photos look like prior to editing. It is very rare that any of the photos need anything photoshopped out. (I will mention it if there is a specific request to remove something from a photo.) The main priority is to have them all straight and with good lighting.

This will be an ongoing work relationship with photo edits requested on an as-needed basis. Because of the tight timelines, photos will need to be edited and returned by the end of the following business day. (eg: If raw photos are sent over on a Friday, please have them edited by the end of the day on Monday.)
