QUICK Photoshop compositing job - Ideally a Cornish Person

Hi - I need four photos photocompositioing into a collage with transparency and nice feather edges for a charity project I am about to launch.

Prob less than an hours work for someone who knows what they're doing.

This image is a mock up of what I need done as a Photoshop layered doc do we can animate it later if required.

I will only give this to proven UK based freelancers, ideally someone in Kernow.

Budget tight as we are a non-profit.

Will require one iteration of feedback. Maybe two if you don't nail it.
