Photoshopping - see the effect of two houses next to each other with different bricks

I'm planning to build a house next to my sister's house and would like to see the effect of choosing between two bricks.

Concretely what needs to be done is: the house on the second picture attached (which resembles a bit the design of my future house), should be photoshopped right to my sister's house (on the first picture attached) in two versions:
- On both versions, the part of the facade highlighted in white on the third picture attached should be shown in white plaster (example picture to be provided)
- In the first version, the rest of the facade of the new house should be shown in the dark grey/black color it currently is. In the second version, the rest of the facade of the new house should be in the same brick as my sister's house (additional close up picture to be provided)
